The frugal mom, can go into a grocery store, shop, hand the cashier 100 coupons and leave owing the store $10 for $300 worth of stuff. The frugal Mom is going to do this even if financially she doesn't have too. In her mind if they are there use them! That is more money for the Frgual Mom to use somewhere else. Most of the Frugal Moms started being frugal because we have too. Now we don't have too we still do? Most people ask me this because it takes time to plan a frugal shopping trip and to gather everything you need before you head out. I make about 18 dollars a hour working so when I am shopping I plan to save atleast 2 hours of my pay that way I have paid myself for the planning and shopping.
